# Tech Is Difficult, But Fixable

Hey it’s Vuk, the owner/writer/publisher of It’s About Time.

All I wanted to do was to celebrate two birthdays (mine and the newsletters) and it turned into a complete mess. First, I messed up the links. But then, even worse, things fell apart on the tech side. I got a bunch of emails from you guys that said that even when you clicked on the right link, and the page showed you got the 20% discount, when you went to check out, it tried to charge you the full amount. And a lot of you, quite understandably, gave up on that.

Completely fair. The only issue is, it took a few days to fix, because it’s all handled by beehiiv, the platform I use to send emails.

I promise, this is the last time I am writing you about this, but if you want to get that discount, it’s fixed now.
