Just a quick note about the email you received a few minutes ago titled “Login for access to It’s About Time.”

This is an automated email from beehiiv, the service I use to manage the newsletter and subscriptions. It’s not spam or a phishing attempt; it’s simply a way to grant you access to paid posts on the website.

Previously, as Patreon subscribers, you didn't have access to the ad-free posts on the website. To fulfill my promise of providing an ad-free experience for paid subscribers, I needed to add you to the newsletter's subscriber base. That’s why you received the email (which I didn’t realize beehiiv would send out).

Apologies for any confusion or concern this caused (I was surprised myself when one of you forwarded it to me). Everything is as it should be, and I hope you continue enjoying the newsletter!
